Cancellation Policy...

We aim to offer flexibility in our programs. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation Period:

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date will incur a 20% processing fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the program has started.

2. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Request: Please email us with your cancellation request, including transaction details and the reason for cancellation.

4. Special Circumstances: Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or other unforeseen events on a case-by-case basis.
